Ready, steady, action!

Todays Walking Lunch was an extra special treat with the
professional photography expertise of our very own Martin
McAdam.
We had a fabulous amount of interest in the walk today with
fifteen of us heading out and taking in some sights from the George
VI Bridge, the Royal Mile to The Scotsman steps and St Andrews
Square.
Martin encouraged us to think about the way we take our
photographs, to capture unusual angles, the mood and colour scheme
that create a strong picture and the architecture and detail in
everyday buildings.
Our group captured quite a bit of public interest and we even
managed to entice (or confuse) a few tourists along the way who
joined the group thinking it was a literary tour of Edinburgh!
A huge thanks to Martin for supporting our Walking Lunch,
helping us learn something new and take a much needed break from
our busy schedules. We all returned refreshed, revitalized
and raring to go snap-happy with more photography fun!
