Aquamarine Power named one of Scotland’s top two workplaces

Aquamarine Power has been named one of the best places to work
in Scotland, coming second overall in Scotland's Great Workplaces
Awards and gaining top spot in the Leadership Excellence Award.
The awards are as a result of anonymous surveys conducted by the
Great Place to Work Institute and follow a top ten place in their
UK-wide award scheme last year.
The judges praised us for being a friendly place to work, where the
management team is focused on improving the working environment for
their employees.
"This is a fantastic result," said Aquamarine Power CEO Martin
McAdam. "The award recognises the unique culture here at Aquamarine
Power, particularly the high level of respect, trust and pride we
have in our workplace while developing Oyster. The personal
commitment of every member of staff and the openness in
communication right through the business has created and stimulated
a very strong team spirit - this is what gives us the edge and
makes us a great place to work."
